Barre at Peak
Looking for a total body workout that is low-impact, medium to high intensity, and fun? I know – what is this workout that I’m describing?
Does it even exist?
Barre at Peak is a total body, low-impact, and medium to high-intensity workout in under 1 hour. But what does that actually mean? Let’s break it down.
Barre at Peak is a unique class that combines strength-building and conditioning exercises of pilates, yoga, and functional, weight and training. In these classes, we work hard for 35 minutes (10 minutes of stretching) on our core, upper body (triceps, biceps, shoulders, back) and lower body (quadriceps, glutes, adductors, calves), and… more core.
Where are classes held?
All Barre at Peak classes are held at Peak Welbeing, Adelaide’s holistic wellbeing studio. Located in the western suburb of Richmond, Peak Wellbeing is a Japanese-inspire studio offering a therapies across a range of healing modalities, as well as yoga, barre, and meditation classes.
I’m new to any type of fitness – is this for me?
Barre at Peak classes are suitable for anybody and every body – no gender or age restrictions here. Variations are offered throughout the class to ensure levelled options for beginners and seasoned practitioners. We encourage everyone to meet and honour themselves where they find themselves at.
